Discovery & brief
Tell us your store niche, target market, and current monthly order volume. If you already have a shortlist of products, share those too. The more we know upfront, the more accurate our first quote.
AM introduction call
Your senior AM walks through your brief, asks 5–10 clarifying questions, and explains our sourcing, QC, and fulfillment setup. We confirm channel (WhatsApp / Slack / Teams / Email) and reply cadence.
Scope, samples & quote
We send a written scope: per-order rate, sample plan, lead times, shipping lanes, branding options. Usually one revision round before final. Most brands have a locked quote within 48 hours of the call.
Pilot order & go-live
Start with 1–10 sample units through your full workflow. We treat pilot orders with the same QC and tracking standards as production. Once you’re happy, we scale to your forecast volume.
How we work together
Default channel for day-to-day updates, photos, and quick questions. Your AM’s number stays the same for the life of the project.
Slack
Optional. If your team already works in Slack, we can set up a shared channel with your AM, sourcing, and QC — useful for brands with internal ops teams.
Used for formal documents: quotes, invoices, contracts, and weekly reports. Your AM forwards a summary thread once a week so nothing slips through.
Microsoft Teams
Great for enterprise brands already on Microsoft 365. We can join your existing team or create a shared workspace with your AM and our sourcing.
