A trained inspection team checks every order on the ground in China, before it ships. You get a photo and video report, you approve, then the goods leave our warehouse.
What we inspect
Every order is checked against your reference sample on appearance, function, packaging, and labeling. You define the standard once, we apply it on every batch.
- Quantity per order and per carton
- Appearance, color, and finish against your reference sample
- Basic function on electronics, apparel, and small appliances
- Packaging integrity, poly bag, and outer carton
- Barcode and SKU labeling for Amazon FBA orders
Three inspection levels
Pick the level that matches the order value. Most stores use Standard. Branded or first production runs benefit from Full Inspection.
- Random Spot Check, 10 percent of units, fast and low cost
- Standard Inspection, 30 percent of units, the default for most orders
- Full Inspection, 100 percent of units, for high value or first production runs
Defect handling
Defects get sorted out, photographed, and reported. You decide whether to rework, replace, or refund. We do not ship anything you have not approved.
- Defective units are isolated and tagged with a red sticker
- Photo and video evidence of every defect for your records
- Free rework at the factory, or replacement units at cost
- Full refund on the defective portion if rework is not possible
What you receive
Within 24 to 48 hours of inspection, you get the report. If you approve, the batch is sealed, packed for export, and handed to your freight forwarder or our shipping team.

- Defect rate disclosed as a percentage, with recommendations
- Approval link via WhatsApp or email, with a one-click decision
- Sealed-batch photo and pallet count before pickup
